What is the best size of bubble mailers to use? I see many listed on Amazon or ebay. The most popular appear to be size #000 which is 4x8, too small for a DVD case. Do 6x10 (#0) work? |

That is what I usually use Mike. |

Size 0 is perfect for reular DVD's. If you mail DVD box sets, you'll need either #1 or #2 (preferred). Also, The snap cases with the black bar on the right will only fit in #1 envelopes. Overall if you want to get 1 box that will handle almost anything (except for the larger box sets), get #1 envelopes. Ebay is a good place to purchase these. |

I usually buy the plastic or poly bubble mailers on ebay, size 0....they are great for single disc movies or the slim cases for 2 or 3 disc sets. Then I get the size 2, 8 1/2 x 11 1/4 for larger books or larger multi-disc sets. They fit great as is or you have room to add extra wrapping to prevent damage in shipping. Typically I buy lots of 25 on ebay but occasionally get the plastic ones at walmart if needed right away. |

I always buy size 0 poly mailers, which are good for one or two DVDs but doesn't work on boxsets. I usally buy them from Royal Mailers, which has them for a pretty good price and free shipping. |
