Can someone out here tell me what P&S is. I see it listed after the titles on several dvd's. I did get an answer to what BLU-RAY is...LOL.

This was in an earlier post.

Pan and Scan. That's how they make wide-screen movies full-frame. They can't include everything that's on the wide screen version so they "pan" around the available image, choosing what they think is most important, and cutting off what doesn't fit.
