What do they mean when it says "snap case" in the title or description? What is the difference in the case |

A snap case means that the actual artwork is the case and there is a black strip that snaps it closed. Like this: snapper case vs. regular dvd case
A regular DVD case the artwork can be removed from the protective plastic. Whereas a snapper artwork cannot. There is nothing protecting the artwork on a snapper. Some movies come originally in these cases and are of course postable in the system. Some people don't like them. Personally I prefer the artwork behind the protective plastic, but I'm not real picky about it. Does that make sense? Kellie Last Edited on: 1/22/11 4:42 PM EST - Total times edited: 1 |

Thank you, that clears it up. Yes, it makes sense, I kinda prefer the artwork behind the protective plastic too but If I really want a movie I'll take it Diane |

That's my thought too. I won't buy one new, but I'll take it from swap if I want the movie. Good luck! Kellie |

some movies only come in snap cases, so sometimes if you want a movie you dont have a choice |
