Received today a DVD in great shape, played fine. The problem - it's in a case that appears to have a large bite out of it in the lower lefthand corner. The missing portion of the plastic (and artwork underneath) is more than an inch wide in all directions. I would never repost it in that condition, so I guess I'm out of luck. It's not a simple matter of replacing the case, because an inch-and-a-half square (well, more tooth-shaped, but you get the general dimension) of artwork is missing. Would you mark it RWAP, since the disc was fine? |

yes, I would RWAP, definitely unacceptable. |

Thanks, Kathryn. |

Just curious...did the artwork look delicious?

Actually, no, Darwin - there was an ugly monster in full color on the cover, along with a beautiful woman getting ready to shoot him up with a hypodermic needle (another horror movie, of course, LOL!) Seems there's no accounting for canine tastes these days... |

It appears that the DVD wasnot to Rovers liking, just the case. Sorry to hear that you got a DVD in that shape. Isn't that against the rules to begin with? I would mark it RWAP for sure.

yes it is cynthia, but sometimes things that are against the rules still get sent. Which is why you as a receiver should always pay attention to making sure the dvd that arrives to you is postable so you do not get stuck with an unpostable and arent able to retrade it. |
