I sent a a five-DVD set last week, and according to the tracking number, the DVDs have been received. The person I mailed them to hasn't clicked received yet, however, nor responded to my PM. Any suggestions? I really don't want to give her 5 disks for Christmas! |

Hopefully they will mark it soon. They may need a week to mark received. They may need more time if they are out of town and its the busy holiday time of year. I know its frustrating to wait for your credits. |

If you just mailed it a week ago i would not worry. People need time to open inspect and sometimes play discs to ensure everything works properly, and its around the holiday season. If they dont mark it and it goes "lost" and they still have not responded to your pm, then just message the team and explain and they will try to contact the receiver. |

Why I use SAD postage w/confirmation when I mail anything 4+ disks. Just easier to pay the extra $ and not have to worry about people marking things received. |

I cannot find ANY place on my site to mark dvd's received. I've even had other people look. I'd LOVE to give the sender credit! |

Kathe Under your En Route to Me tab, upper right it should say Was the DVD recevied? Click on that and you can fill out the info. If your En Route to Me tab is gone, you've waited too long to mark received and will have to go in through your transaction archive. On your My Account tab, the first choice is Transaction Archive. |
