How do I cancel a dvd request if I have already marked it mail & have printed postage??

hope someone can help!!!

Marjorie, use the Contact Us Iink at the bottom of this page. They do not normally refund postage. You can try asking them if they can refund the postage. You should have a cancel button or "I cannot mail this DVD" button on your account page.

The better question is why do you want to cancel? If the receiver has requested that you do they are out of luck as you have already printed postage. If you need to cancel for some reason, there should be a cancel button next to the entry in dvds ive mailed (its been a while so if there isnt one there then you would need to contact the team via the feedback link as suggested above)

I"m trying to remember if the "I cannot send" button is still there after you print the label.
