I ordered Bones 1 st season and never received it so it was marked lost in the system. I then ordered another Bones 1st season. I received a DVD this weekend and saw that the address label was from New Jersey and none of the sender' s address were New Jersey. So I did a dumb thing and thought it was the DVD that was lost and marked the lost one as received. Now I know that it is not the lost DVD but the second DVD so the first person shouldn't have my credits. My question is how do I get my credits back from the first person and is there anyone in administration that you can contact. Thanks, Lisa |
