What if the sender does not respond within 5 days?

  • If there is another copy of the DVD available:
    • your request will automatically be passed along to a new sender. 
    • This will happen at the end of the 5th day  (in the middle of the night)
    • You will not get an email notifying you if this happens.
  • If there is not another copy of the DVD available:
    • the request will be canceled
    • you will get your credit(s) refunded
    • the DVD will go onto your Wish List automatically. 
    • You will get an email notifying you if this happens.
