Help Center - If you posted a DVD, but can't see it on your DVD Tower...

If you can't see a DVD on your DVD Tower after you posted it:

• If the DVD is involved in an active request or Wish List offer, it will not be on your DVD Tower
  • Check My Account to see if there is an active request or pending Wish List offer for the DVD.

• To find your DVD on your DVD Tower:
  • Click  on your DVD Tower and choose Date - Descending and you will see all the DVDs there, in the order that you posted them, from most recently-posted to earliest-posted
  • You can also Click on your DVD Tower and enter the title

If you can see a DVD on your DVD Tower, but can't find it by searching the SwapaDVD database:

• Check your search terms
  • Misspellings/typos are the most common reason why a search fails to find a posted DVD
  • It is possible that you are doing a genre search but the DVD is not listed with that genre
  • Check the listing on your DVD Tower:
    • check the title spelling
    • check the genre/subgenres the DVD is listed with in the database
  • The DVD will appear with a notation You have posted this DVD in your search results when you find it in the database.
    • You will not see the "Order this DVD" button, but others who do not have this DVD posted will see it on the listing.
