This was a good, tough workout. It starts with a 5 minute warm up led by Dolvett Quince, next is circuit #1 led by Anna Kournikova and features kickboxing moves alternating with strength exercises using weights. She's an awful instructor when it comes to explaining form and tells you the next move and after 2-3 reps will mention form vaguely. She's obviously reading off of cue cards and her form sucks so follow the contestants. Also, she never lets you know how many reps you'll be doing or count down to when you will stop doing an exercise, she just stops and moves on to the next exercise. I don't believe she is qualified to train these contestants seeing as she was only an okay tennis player and not a personal trainer but I guess they needed another trainer to fill the void that Jillian left. Anyway, the next circuit is led by Bob and he does one strength move with weights, followed by a similar cardio move, and finishes with a power yoga move working the same muscles for each set. The last circuit is Dolvett again, I like him.He seems like he's too nice to be a trainer on the Biggest Loser. He explains each move with three options of difficulty, and then you choose which level is right for you and preform the exercise for 20s followed by 10s rest, for 8 rounds. This gives you room to try a higher level of intensity for each move and then go easier in the next 20s if you need to. In all, you'll do 8 rounds of 3 exercises all using hand weights. Dolvett also leads the 5 minute cool down. Each circuit is 15 minutes in length and a total workout time of 55 minutes start to finish.
