As I was also let go back in 2008 I can relate to some of the problems these people encountered but mine on a much smaller scale! It is dehumanizing to be treated like just another commodity and discarded.
The actors involved in The Company Men is all star and very well cast for their roles and the well written script and direction (John Wells) keep the viewer totally involved and thoroughly entertained from start to end.

Very worthwhile. I could empathize with much of it.

Boring and fairly predictable. Well made but cliched.
