5 Stars on the first two episodes and then this series seemed to fizzle with repeating and believability. Not the last but the two episodes before that were really good. The four episodes (to be continued two part episodes) were made into movies. You will see a young Mariska Hargitay with a brief appearance (not impressed with her role) in this likely due to starting Law and Order. A very young Josh Hartnett starts strong with his role only to fizzle. Fitz's wife was a miscast and I could have done without her in this all together. This is a series that you will stick with to get or binge to the end and ignore the distractions that bring down an otherwise 5 Star series. A must for crime, head game, and of course Cracker fans! Looking forward to watching the original British Cracker series! |
