A rare find indeed, this is not your average run of the mill sports "feel-good" film. It's a tough gritty film about the inner workings of the NFL draft and a poignant story about the loss of a father and the feelings it erupts. It's a classic I'm better than you and I'll prove movie that is both touching and vibrant. The storyline is what really carries this film not so much so the acting, for that reason I will rate it 3 1/2 stars.

"draft day". kevin costner, the cleveland browns and the national football league on draft day. if you love football you can't help but enjoy it. there's a love story, family drama, lots of behind the scenes type scenarios of the art of picking the nfl's next great super stars but almost no football to be seen really. costner does a great job, well written and acted throughout. i really liked it and it wished it was longer. i think it's a must see if you're a hard core football fan.
