Gilad is King!

"He's the king, what can i say? i own many of his DVDs and they are ALL good. He's top notch, very thorough and when the DVD ends you have actually learned something useful. You can never go wrong with Gilad!

Excellent but not perfect

"Gilad is a marvelous motivator, and these are excellent excercises, fun and efffective. If you liked him on TV, as I do, you'll like him to EXACTLY the same degree here -- because these are three of those 22-minute TV shows, with just the commercials cut out: they did no additional editing to take out minor errors such as when he loses count. Also, he'll say "keep working during the break" and then the DVD immediately fades to the last segment - each of the three sessions is 22 minutes, not 30. In spite of the annoyance of paying for stuff I had already taped off-air, I still use his DVDs more than anyone else's, because the content is so good."
The best!

"Gilad's workouts are great - I often don't have a full hour to devote to exercising and these are short but very effective. You also never need any equipment except for a set of light weights (occasionally an exercise band, but that's not necessary). He's very inspirational and keeps it fun. Most of the other videos/tv workouts that I've tried are either too long, too intense, or they become very specific (just yoga, just abs, etc). Some of the dance series are fun, but you don't see results. This series does a little of everything - lunges, squats, some pilates-type exercises, situps, kickboxing, pushups, weights."
I love Gilad!

"I really enjoy Gilad's work-outs! The work-outs on this video are all bewtween 20-25 minutes. On days when I'm pressed for time, I can still squeeze in one of these work-outs rather than skipping exercise entirely & feeling guilty all day. On the days when my schedule is less hectic, I'll do one of Gilad's work-outs then go on to do some strength training with free weights. I would not consider this to be advanced in any way. A beginning exerciser could easily do it. If you've been exercising already like me, then you can just do the moves with more intensity. Some other cardio tapes I've tried were too hard to follow...I want to work my body not my brain when I'm working out. If I have to try too hard to follow them & I'm stumbling through mis-step after mis-step, at the end I don't feel like I got a good work-out. But I don't have that trouble with Gilad. Gilad's cues are good so he's easy to follow & you're always ready for the next move...the first time you do one of his videos, you'll be following along no problem. He's got lots of tapes...get moving & try one!"
