I felt like this was one of the best movies of the last decade. I have not personally read the book, and perhaps it's better that way, since people have a way of manufacturing in their own imagination and swallowing this better than something from someone ELSE's imagination. The "book is always better than the movie", right? Well, something interesting in the Extras, I heard the author of the book, Lowe, mention that she wished she had included some of the things from the movie into her book, and that it reasonably followed what the message of the book was trying to put across. A tale of love, awakenings, the truly important things in life, and many other lessons -- this is definitely a movie you will love. 3 of 3 member(s) found this review helpful. K. K.
