A Powerful Cardio Workout Plus More
Madam Curie | 06/05/2005

"I learned about Gilad from the "8 Minute Workout" DVDs which contain part of the "New Best of Bodies in Motion" as bonus workout. I found myself doing the bonus workout over and over. So, I decided to purchase the DVD. What a wise investment! So far, I have used the 70-minute workout 5 times a week and have really noticed the results all over. If you are beginner, you may find it challenging to finish the entire 70 minutes. The Aerobic section is very fast-paced with lots of jogging, jumping, kicking and arms movement. It WILL make you sweat. Gilad is an excellent instructor, highly motivating, and at time humorous. The workouts use various locations in beautiful Hawaii as background. Just looking at the breathtaking scenery makes you want to do your best to improve your life."
Exactly what I wanted!

"This DVD is exactly what I was looking for - a plain "old-fashioned" aerobics class like the ones I attended back in the early 90s when I lost a lot of weight. I put some back on over the last few years and I knew that aerobics would be the thing to help me. All the classes at all the gyms around here are "specialized" - Pilates, yoga, spinning, step, etc. - and not what I wanted. I have seen Gilad's shows on Fit TV but I hated the commercials. So I went looking for a DVD and bought this one. I love it...I was exhausted after it was done but I felt great. It is good for all levels. If you want a great, challenging and motivated aerobic workout, this is the DVD for you."
Gilad is thee best!

"I first started using this VHS back in 1995. I lost 25 lbs in 6 months by using it and following a low fat diet. Not only did I drop the pounds, but my body became more toned than I could have imagined. Using this exercise routine put me in the best shape of my life! I have religiously used this video for the past 10 years. I'm now buying the DVD because my VHS tape is so warped from all the years of usage. If you want to get in great cardio shape and obtain great muscle tone, this is the tape you want."

"It is a very good workout. You aren't able to tell by looking at the front cover what you do in the workout. If you are able to do high impact and low impact this is a very good workout. If I would of known it was high impact I wouldn't of purchased it. I am not suppose to do high impact aerobics. I have several of Gilad's aerobic dvd's and they are very good. I enjoy doing all the workouts."
