Movie Reviews

A very misleading cover art
SLAVE | citrus heights,ca | 05/14/2005
(3 out of 5 stars)

"Crash Cinema is my favorite of the generics! They do put out
lots of great kung fu films! But I do have to complain about the
cover art of this release of Sorching Sun......! The cover art
and back art is very misleading! The cover and back shows Ming
Or Ching or whatever soldiers running around and the same Angela
Mao pose Crash uses on a couple of their other Mao releases! Now
when I look at something like this, I expect an epic like THE
BLAZING TEMPLE, with great costoms and excellent fights! But
what I got is just another walk in the park kung fu film! The
movie wasn't bad by any means but I just wish the DVD design
wasn't so misleading! Oh well life sux! The movie was ok!
Nothing I haven't seen before but whatever! This Crash release
is in widescreen with imbedded chinese/english subtitles in
original language! The picture is watchable with some bleeps and
scratches but their hardly noticable!"
