Sonic X: Countdown to Chaos DVD review
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Hi, you can call me StoryMaker! Sonic X is one of the Sonic the Hedgehog TV show series. The Countdown to Chaos DVD features 3 main Sonic X episodes and 2 bonus episodes. Sonic X is anime and is a lot like the Sonic video games, except Sonic & gang are stuck in a place where regular people (not hedgehogs or stuff) live. The gang is searching for the chaos emeralds and they'll put 'em together and create a Chaos Control blast that can send them home! Sonic met some friends at his stay, such as Chris. Here's some info on the episodes on the Countdown to Chaos DVD, and other stuff about Sonic X.

This is a funny episode, although there is very little excitement at all. Cream the rabbit, Miles or "Tails" the fox, and Amy Rose the hedgehog go on a camping trip without Sonic. Bad stuff happen. Then Sonic comes and a little zipping around fixes everything up. Bo-ring!

This is an exciting episode with some funniness, too! I like it because Knuckles and Sonic save the day! Knuckles is my favorite Sonic character. Rouge the bat is in this episode. You see, Chris' dad looks at a Chaos Emerald at a store. He wants to put it on a ring for his wife. But he didn't understand it is a Chaos Emerald, filled with power! Don't rely on me to give you the rest of the story, watch it yourself. Oh, and there's this robobt whose name begins with a W.

I never watched this and I probably never will! The box description made me think it was dumb. My older sister (Russian Blue Witch) watched it and her description of it was down-right CREEPY! If you want to know what it's like, YOU watch it.

This is the first of the two bonus episodes on the DVD. Knuckles and Chris get tricked into giving Dr. Eggman a.k.a. Dr. Robotnik the Chaos Emeralds! Sonic has to help save the day! Oh, and Chris gets captured. This is a pretty good episode.

Even though this is the second bonus episode and also the last episode on the DVD, the whole DVD gets named after it. L.O.L.! Anyways, I do not like this episode very much because it hard to understand and sad, and those things DON'T go together. You really want to feel for the characters, but you don't know how. That IS NOT a good feeling to have, trust me. It still has some charm though, I guess.

Something I dislike about Sonic X is that Sonic & gang come from a different planet. I know it's a well known fact they live on the planet Mobius, but I thought that was just what they call Earth in Sonic's day. I don't like Sonic being an alien! Also, there aren't any special features besides advertisments on the Countdown to Chaos DVD. Oh, and to warn you, their voices sound different then they do in the games. However, this is easy to get over, especially after watching the 5 episodes. Amy Rose seems younger. Sonic X is a funny and exciting TV show that I really like!
Signed, StoryMaker. "Gotta trust the kid's review!""
