Movie Reviews

FOR old time music lovers
Ohio resident | 07/29/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This DVD is excellent. For those looking for a "front porch" type of presentation, this is it. The musicians are so relaxed that one viewing the program joins them in the mood.

These three musicians have a camraderie that is one of the best I've ever seen, and it enhances the feel of the music.

"All superlatives from previous reviewers apply, and I heartily recommend your purchase of this product. However, I will agree with one of the previous reviewers about the format - the bios, while very worthwhile and interesting (really), should be in a separate section from the music. As good as the bio stuff is, I do NOT want to listen to it nearly as often as I'd like to listen to / watch the performance itself."

"Excellent concert: Good video representation. I only wish they had not interspersed interview segments in the first three songs."
