Member Movie Reviews Jamie S. from PITTSBURGH, PA Reviewed on 3/19/2014... Tracy Anderson is the trainer to the stars, but for the average person, she is not a very effective teacher. She seems a bit more into herself than teaching how to properly do the exercises. I also have her book, and I feel that her instruction is not clear there either. The segments go too fast especially when she starts adding some of her professional dance moves into the routine. I am impressed with her body and cute outfits, but I don't live in L.A. I need easy instruction as well as a challenge. I am basically done trying the Tracy Anderson Method.
