Terrible film. Animals were MOST DEFINITELY HARMED in the making of this film. Do not watch this movie if you love animals and believe they should be treated with respect and kindness. There is a scene with a REAL fight between two dogs and mountain lion. It is not simulated at all. All three animals were put in serious danger just to make a stupid movie.

Even worse, I believe the two dogs who "acted" in the film were actually killed for the sake of making the movie. The dog who played "Little Ann" appears to actually be dead (or seriously doped up on some drug to the point of being actually unconscious) at the end of the movie. I've seen dead dogs in my own life, and that young, formerly healthy dog did not show any signs of being alive. You can always tell when a dog is playing dead, anyway, as they never fully relax or hold completely still.

VERY disturbing movie made by sick individuals. It absolutely should NOT be shown to children!!

Half a star. I would give it zero stars if I could.
