Rockin good

"I have to say I really like disk 1 much better than the second. Only 1 complaint about the DVD's in general. My favorite tune, Vacation, I had a feeling that watching it on DVD I was missing something. George! There is a great jam in Vacation that the DVD just leaves out like it's not even happeing! So i followed my gut, and went to stream that song and heard the aud, recording of the song and sure enough, George is ROCKING. So went back to the movie watched it on video (Vac) and turnd sound down on movie and cranked up the Aud. version. Fits perfectly! But still watching the band during the song, looks like they don't even want to show the jam! the best jam on the DVD i think!"
Not the Best Panic dvd

"After watching this dvd several times I can't shake the feeling that something is missing. I guess if you were a Grateful Dead fan you'd say it was "the magic" when they play live. This dvd looks good and the band playing is good but there is no magic in the playing no real feeling to pull you in and say wow that was a great song. In fact strangely to me some songs here on this dvd actually have more passion and feeling to them on the Earth to America cd...Times Zones and You Should Be Glad for example... For the most part the songs on the dvd are not stretched out with any jamming - odd for a Panic concert - sure a few do get going... Greta being one... The horns on some songs don't work very well for me they just don't blend in with the band... I have liked Randall Bramblett's solo work with the band in the past.. The songs with the string players did work for me - they were interesting I thought... Bottom line this is a nice show and if you bought the Earth to America cd and liked it...well this dvd is for you... however if you like fire and passion with great jams buy the Live at Oak Mountain dvd instead."
Honest Spreadhead Review

(3 out of 5 stars)

"Well, let's face it, the only reason I give it 3 stars is because it's filmed at the Fox Theatre. This should have been done long ago when Mikey was still blessing us with his lingering leads. The footage of George on guitar is sparse at best, almost purposefully left out. If you're a Spreadhead the only DVD's you need are Live at Oak Mountain and Panic In the Streets. Those are legendary discs and shows for any music fan. Save your money on this one and put it towards a ticket for a Kimock show when he comes to town. Oh, the packaging is great, yadayada, and the sound is OK, not great."
