Movie Reviews

Great!
J. K. Trocke | 08/20/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"My son is a little over two and is obsessed with all things Tigger. I picked this up for him on my trip back to the States thinking it would be highly irritating to adults, but that he would love it and maybe learn from it.

My sister picked up three Sesame Street DVDs and one Wiggles DVD and I would watch/listen to this Disney disc a thousand times before putting one of the others on while I was within earshot of the TV.

The music is great and, while the dialogue is a bit repetitive, that's how kids learn best. All in all, a great disc that keeps my son entertained and in the week we've had it home, he's already trying to say the shape names when he sees them on the screen."
Very Well Done

(5 out of 5 stars)

"This is an exceptionally well produced cartoon. It integrates the teaching of shapes (square, rectangle, circle, triangle, diamond) into a number of stories (Piglet's picture frames, Rabbit's garden, etc.) in a way that is both educational and entertaining. Our 3 year old loves it."
Requested by name by my daughter

(5 out of 5 stars)

"My 2 yo daughter asks for this video by name. She loves it and it has great learning points for her. I never groan when she asks to watch it because Pooh is tolerable if not enjoyable to watch as an adult."
