Better as a dvd workout then a tv workout

"I first came across this workout show on Fit TV. I liked it but because of the commerical breaks it disrupts my flow and gave up on it. When it came out in dvd form I thought I would give it a try and after doing the 83minutes!!!! I can say I love it. I love how Shelley McDonald does a step/kickbox work out and a kickbox floor workout. She is not your typical instructor with the bouncy annoying factor. She is like a normal chick I would train at the gym with and she has a body that is fit and not over the top skinny or bulky. I highly recommend this video for anyone who is sick of paying $10 or more for a 30 minute work out. This one is broken up in 4 segments but instead of cooling down between each I just keep my heart rate up by doing a march and then start the new workout and stretch with the last work out and add my own stretches. I am hoping this video will help me get back in shape. I have a feeling it will. And I am now looking at buying more of these tapes in the series."
