Movie Reviews

A very good concert
Big Miles Davis Fan | Chicago | 06/25/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The jazz performed in this concert is not my kind of jazz. I prefer classic jazz and often, jazz standards. That said this DVD is very good in terms of sound, picture quality and performance. Indeed almost all of the BET series are worth buying for picture and sound quality alone.

The concert features only seven songs for 63 minutes and that is adequate. But Whitfield and JK perform only songs they co-wrote and I wish the concert featured at least one jazz standard. If you love jazz guitar get this for the price at least."
