Clements | 08/10/2007 (1 out of 5 stars) "Like the previous volume, most of the footage on this disc is from surveillance cameras, and on this disc, they are terribly grainy. Some are barely viewable. On top of that, the narration, when there is any, is also horrible. And on top of that, the title is extremely misleading, as very little of the footage has anything to do with prisons. This is not like watching an episode of any well narrated crime show. Don't waste your money."
