Because it's a "educational documentary" the "producers" pay no royalties as long as the performance clips are very short. If you want to see an old fat bald guy who knows nothing about music or the band reading an old bio and introducing short clips of inferior quality performance footage this DVD is for you. Ask Tommy, Arturo, or Monte, they were tricked into doing this interview."
