"A superb concert that catches Roger Whittaker in his prime... the mid 70's. He sings some of his "standards" like "The Last Farewell" and "New World In The Morning", as well as touching on the popular music of the time with James Taylor's "Fire and Rain" and Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now". A wonderful addition to the library of anyone who loves and appreciates his music!"
Great Concert From a Uniquely Talented Artist

"This is one of my favorite concerts of all time. I was extremely happy to find it available on DVD. Roger Whittaker's smooth delivery and British African charm make this a must have addition to any concert collection. The concert begins with his 70's hit, "The Last Farewell", and features some original works, as well as his rendition of a number of the hits of that time. Included are a couple of Whittaker performances that are difficult to find elsewhere. Image and sound quality is actually quite good, much better than my old TV taped version from years ago, and without the long PBS breaks. All in all, a fantastic value. Highly recommended."
