Many of the songs are compositions of the band members. Notice that the CD do not have all the songs in the DVD. It is better to buy the DVD." Everytime I suspect that the "Acustico" environment might be too restrictive, bands like Cidade Negra, So Pra Contrariar and now Roupa Nova prove me wrong. The acoustic setting seems to enhance the elegant instrumental solos and the lush vocal arrangements. Just as Cidade Negra prove that the best reggae is made in Brasil, Roupa Nova prove that the most melodic and succinct rock music eminates from the new world in the tropics! Special "convidado" Ed Motta is great on this disc.
