Conceived and written by Terry Nation, creator of Doctor Who's The Daleks. This series will be one of the best things you've watched in ages, and at this price is an incredible value! Global pandemic, a few immune survivors left over. Believe it or not, an apocalypse occurs, and there are no zombies involved. All the simple things we've come to rely on without thinking about it gone. No safety nets. This series very closely examines what would happen if we had the chance to start over again. Would we really do the same things we are doing now?! Do they really make sense in the first place? Is there a better way we could all move forward? The finer minutiae are closely scrutinized to see if they are deserving of being carried over into a new world. There are some fabulous philosophical debates exchanged in the dialogue. Even the more plodding episodes were entertaining. Check it out!
