Movie ReviewsWonderful dvd! S. E. Musgrave | 11/19/2005 (5 out of 5 stars) "As a yoga practitioner of only a few months, I am always looking for new and 'gentle' yoga programs. This is a truly wonderful dvd. There are actually five programs you can do, from 30-90 minutes long, some have standard sun salutations, some don't. I found the whole experience to be very calming and relaxing. There are also some shoulder stands, which I am not quite able to do yet, but I really recommend this dvd to those who want both variety and stress release in their practice."
