I have a copy of Grace is Gone- the upc comes up Heroes, season one.

do I have to put this as an unpostable?

Not necessarily - you can send a message to feedback and see if you can get it corrected. If not, then yes it has to be unpostable, but I've found the team fixes 99% of those issues.
