Over the last day or so I have noticed the postage details for the DVDs I've mailed haven't been updating.  Not a huge deal as I can still look them up on USPS, but it's nice to see.

I also have not received notifications through my e-mail (as I normally do) of personal messages I received through the site or for forums that I am 'watching.'

Anyone else having these issues?

I have not been receiving any of my e-mail communications in a timely manner in the last couple of months. My communications page shows that I should have received 21 e-mail notices yesterday but I received none of them. They are all gathered at the bottom of the list on the communications page instead of the top where they should be and they are dated as in this example:  12/31/1969      Email TO Member     Your credit transfer has been completed      7:00 PM ET

Check your club communications page and you may find your missing e-mail notices are doing the same as mine. I have sent feedback to the tech team and will see what they come up with as an answer.

Even my club communications page isn't up to date. Looks like last update was the 29th.

Look at the bottom of the list and see if you have any that are dated 12/31/1969.

I know this is the dvd forum but are the site issues related to swapacd not loading intermittently when trying to log on?

I'm having the same problem. I am NOT getting email notifications about pending trades that I need to send out. I also typically get emails when I make Kiosk purchases, and I'm not receiving those anymore. I just updated all my email settings to send me notifications for every option possible. It looks like SwapaDVD understands the problem and hopefully they will resolve it sooner than later.

I just got a ton of emails from Sa DVD so it looks like they have fixed it.

they fixed the email problem but I can't load money into my account to print postage and mail dvds. This is getting annoying for a week now both swapadvd and swapacd have been having major site problems we all pay to use these websites .49 cents per trade plus .55 cents (instant credit) I don't think having a working website is too much to ask

I noticed that the tracking numbers provided from printable postage still aren't linking to the tracking data available at USPS.com. This means we're not getting our quick credits.

Yes - Jason N. you're right.  I have a DVD set that's not marked received (it's going to time out in a few days).  When manually look up the confirmation on USPS it says it's delivered.   I guess I will need to contact SWAP to get my remaining credits.

Sister site Paperbackswap.com is having same issues (no surprise) with USPS tracking data NOT flowing properly. I can enter tracking #s manually at USPS.com and see the package movements, but nothing at all shows on paperbackswap.com or swapadvd.com tracking. It appears the Powers That Be are aware of the issue, for what that's worth. Here's what PBS said around July 11th:

...We noticed this last week and we've asked Endicia about it. So far, they haven't found the issue, but they're trying to find it. The problem might be with Endicia's transmission of the information to our system OR with USPS's transmission to Endicia. We're very sorry for the problem. We do hope they figure this out soon! We'll keep after them.
