This post was originally written to ask where to file a help ticket with staff. I finally found the place to do so was a feedback form which makes no mention of help. I couldn’t find a link or a direction plainly marked on the help page. This is something that should be simple to find and not made to look like a suggestion box.

Here, at the Help Center main page, you get no indication of a help ticket being available:

On the bottom menu, under Help Center, there is no link to contact anyone.

Here, on Contact us, there is no indication of a help ticket, but there are two links to leave "feedback" and there's an email link for technical difficulties.

My point is, it's not clear that feedback means help. Feedback is opinions on the site (like this forum thread), not a problem-solving tool.

For me going to the bottom of every page is the easiest way for help.

 

Click Contact Us

Click "Send Us Feedback" 

Fill out problem.  Clearly state the facts and your issue.  

They will get back to you.  They can fix stuff.

I have received help from them many times.

The fastest way to get help is to post in this forum, Questions About SWAPaDVD, as you have done.  You have not addressed an issue you require help with.  Other members are quick to offer remedies for most issues.  You might try it.

Gloria and Valerie are especially helpful, I've seen them answer a multitude of various questions, and when I was looking to buy property in New England they managed to talk me out of it, buying timeshares on the Bouvet Island instead.

Sounds like Bouvet Island is a nice place to chill.
