Yes, it is a great place to pick on DVDs and Blurays on occasion. The ones I have been to sometimes has them and sometimes it doesn't. |

The weekly ad says there are blu-rays & DVDs on sale starting tomorrow. There's a store near me, we'll see. |

Yes there was a good sale in Chicago. I picked up about 10 movies including 4 blu rays for $1 each. :))) |

I got some interesting DVD titles. The blu-ray selection wasn't the best, but I got 3 multi-disc replacement cases. |

I found Experimenter at Dollar Tree. Hadn't heard of it before but it's a great movie! |

I arrived a few minutes after the local store opened on the first day of the sale and all the blu-rays had already been ransacked. Just one left and the gaps where all the rest had been. Went to the other store across town and there were a few left there. Does anyone know if Dollar Tree refills the Dvd displays after the initial rush or first day of special sales? |

Re: Samuel's question - I went to a Dollar Tree on Sunday, they had a few DVDs/Blus in a small bin near the register. Not the usual big bin right as you walk in the door. When I went back yesterday (for Halloween ribbon) I happened to walk down the electronics aisle. They had 2 partial boxes of DVDs (no blus left) on Wednesday! Picked up a couple horror themed movies....for I don't know a game maybe. Next time.....I will look for DVDs in both places. |

Dollar Tree DVD sales are like the opposite of "If you have to ask what it is, you can't afford it." If you are told about a Dollar Tree DVD sale, it's too late, the good titles are gone. |

I got SUPER lucky and got there right when he was putting them on the shelf, and he still had six boxes leftover. It was mostly crap, but I did find one copy of Elysium on Bluray, lots of horror, and some artsy films. |

Just went and checked out both stores in town here. One of them had put out new Dvds/blus. Found a bunch of BBC, PBS, and RLJ titles. And some 3D blus as well. |

Checked our local stores over the last week Each them put them out on differnt days. Most did it on friday. Saw lots of newer horror, a couple of classic, the usual PD stuff but no PBS or BBC titles. Since they have so many stores across the country, I'm sure different regions got some different titles as well as the ones that were in every store. I've noticed lots of them being posted (lol). Hey, if any of you got british comedy (BBC) sets for a dollar, please feel free to offer them to me because they weren't in my local stores. Hope everyone finds great titles they've been wanting!! I went Friday morning to both our stores here. Nothing new out for blus/dvds. I inquired of staff and they said they've got a bunch of new boxes of blus/dvds which are dated for next Friday. Why it wouldn't have been Black Friday doesn't make much sense to me. So, guess I'll check next Friday and see what's there. |

Mixed bag. I checked 2 stores. The first store had 9 boxes! Nothing really good though. I did pick up a couple of new replacement cases (look for 4-disc exercise videos). Depending on how things go I might return to mine on Monday. I know it'll be mostly cleared out of Blurays, but it's fine. |

Holiday Inn on blu-ray is a nice find. Bing Crosby & Fred Astaire classic. |
