What can I say about myself?? I'm a wife, a mom, a part-time "nanny", a youth leader, a volunteer. I guess I wear a lot of hats. We moved a lot the first 26 years we were married, compliments of the Air Force. (I moved a lot in my childhood too, for the same reason.) Now East Texas is our home, but after nine years it feels like perhaps we should be moving again???

I enjoy classics, musicals, some foreign films (if they're not dubbed), some dramas, romantic comedies, documentaries and some old TV shows. (When we first joined Netflix most of the DVDs we would request were television shows. Strange, huh? I think we're the only people in town without cable or satellite, but that's okay.)

Wow, I think I wrote the above profile about 6 or 7 years ago. Has SwapaDVD been around that long?

SANTA STUFFED STOCKING BUDDY SWAP:
I love dark chocolate. When I’m cold, or anytime, it’s good black tea, peppermint tea at night, or cocoa for me. No food allergies but definitely DO NOT LIKE coffee or coffee-flavored anything.

I like warm but not itchy socks and warm but not itchy mittens, gloves, or scarves for working car ramp every morning at school.
Bookmarks are nice. Though plentiful here, notecards and totebags are always welcome.

Places we frequent: Braum’s, Barnes and Noble, Schlotzsky’s, McDonald’s, Chick-Fil-A, Chili’s, Einstein Bros. Bagels.
