However, the real talent of this group, for me, was in their customer service. When I received my first swap in less-than-acceptable condition, not only did SwapADVD immediately refund my points, but they also found me a replacement copy within MINUTES.
You really can't ask for better care than that. I've never regretted being part of this club, and if you're on the fence, don't hesitate. Join!"

"I am a member of SwapaaDVD, PaperBackSwap & SwapaCD. For those who don't know, you can transfer credits between the sites. I've swaped books that have read for DVD's that I haven't seen, swaped DVD's that I have seen for music CD's that I wanted. I'll never buy books, movies or music again. Such a brilliant idea! I've been telling everyone I know about the sites. My Father wasn't interested in joining but he gave me about 150 books that he had already read to post on the site. It does pay to tell people."

"I've gotten a lot of used DVDs from this site. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the title we desire. With this bad economy, we can either find a certain title we want anywhere there is a used DVD, or we can go here. "I have been a member since early 2009, and now have a pretty decent library of movies I like. It all works really well, the communication system the site has set up, and the process for swapping. When there has been problems either on my end or the other member (only thing I've encountered is damage in shipping) the site is quick to resolve very fairly. This is one great idea, website, and group of members!"

"Wow, its been a year since I stumbled upon a web site known as SWAPADVD.com. I did some background checking ( looking up news and press releases about the site, all of them good ) so there I was about join, wondering would I ever get a DVD in return for the ones I was about to mail out . As a few of the first ones I had posted where wish listed on the site. Click, and with in a few months I was full on joining in with the games and discussions, sending and receiving DVD's My Total out at the time of writing 119, having received 92 ( one of them including a 54 disk set! ) woohoo. I have grown with this site, Friends ( tho be them cyber ), Enriched by the movies I might not have seen or known about.
So all in all, Two thumbs way WAY up for Swapadvd... and SwapaGoat too! ( inside joke, come inside to find out )
