I wasn't sure if this movie would be too "preachy" for me, but it turned out to be a heartbreaker. A very well-written script and played by virtually unknowns, but done very well.

It's based on a true story about a 17 yr. old drunken driver that kills this man's wife and unborn child and severely injuries the rest of the family in a car crash. Because the kid is 2 weeks from his 18th birthday, the prosecutor wants him tried as an adult...and so ensues the dilemma and the bases of the story.

I won't give it away, but it is worth watching.
