I'm a beginner with lots of weight to lose. I've been going to the gym for about 3 weeks now, doing cardio, then circuit training, then cardio, and I've been feeling the need to add something more to my workout in the evenings. (I usually work out first thing in the morning, so I don't have time to find an excuse NOT to do it.) The beginner level of this workout KICKED MY BUTT! But it a great way!! It's slow, there's only two people, the instructor and the female he uses to explain positioning. It's a little bit of yoga (heck, it may all be yoga, I don't know, I've never tried yoga) but it's all about stretching and working your muscles. The beginner level is about 15 minutes long, and BOY do I feel it! I HIGHLY recommend this DVD to any beginner!!

There's no music, no need to worry if you're a total klutz like I am, it completely doesn't matter with this. I can't wait to keep doing this workout and find the exercises getting easier and easier as I grow stronger.
