"This is an important DVD for all Spice Girls' fans. It shows their beginning as a group and as friends, their dreams and some little fights as well. There are many funny parts, and it's amazing to compare who they were and who they became."

Live, acapella, harmonies, adlibs, you name it.

Even Miss VB proves she's a really good lead-singer...
