It was the "Joy of Stress" presentation, which happens to be in this collection and is her best work. Of the three DVDs in this set, Joy of Stress is the best. The other two I'd give 3 stars, and Joy of Stress I'd give five, hence the rating average I gave. I won't be buying the other ones after reading customer reviews and owning this set."
