Member Movie Reviews Kelly H. from AUBURN, IL Reviewed on 2/14/2020... If you want a good fat burning DVD, this is it! You think it's not working you very hard and then all of a sudden the sweat is rolling! Easy directions to catch on to and fun to follow. I thought I wanted to complain about how it slows down between dances, however, it gives you time to let your heart rate come back down a little bit.
