Taken, thanks! I have the two-disc BBC 1997 Miniseries, "The History of "Tom Jones, a Foundling" now up for trade. It was W wanted when I posted it, but it's dropped into nobody-wants-me limbo since the original trader dropped out of sight. Surely it can't be unwanted.... Request it now and it's yours! This miniseries is so much fun! The cast list alone is a hoot -- no end of fun in recognizing old BBC character-actor friends such as sweet-natured, gentlemanly Benjamin Whitrow, Brian Blessed (completely over the top!), Frances de la Tour (dry wit like twice-toasted week-old bread), unctious James D'Arcy playing the "bad guy".... and what miniseries would be complete without Ron Cook??? The "Tom" character is truly enjoyable to know: he's catnip to females, yes, but is also pleasing, sweet-tempered, honorable guy who's madly in love with his childhood friend, Sophia, though thick and thin and then some. Not a bad set of traits to have, opposite Sophia herself, fiery Samantha Morton playing the short-tempered yet ladylike Daddy's girl who sticks by her Tom. Hello everyone -- I have a copy of the classic SciFi show "Fireball XL5" -- unforgettable if you grew up in the early days of television! Not an animated show, and not live-action either, this unusual science fiction series used articulated marionettes to portray a cool spaceship-vision of The Future. Of course it all takes place... in Space. In case you don't have the entire plot comitted to memory (ahem) here is the basic premise: In the year 2063, the World Space Fleet is extending mankind's reach beyond the solar system. Leading the charge is the incredible spaceship Fireball XL5, commanded by the dashing and daring Colonel Steve Zodiac. With his steadfast crew--the brilliant professor Matt Matic, the lovely space doctor Venus and Robert the Robot--Steve patrols the vast reaches of Sector 25, where strange races inhabit distant planets. In 1962, legendary producer Gerry Anderson (Space: 1999, UFO) turned his attention to space for the first time. The result was FIREBALL XL5, a rarely-seen gem that paved the way for later supermarionation masterpieces like Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet & the Mysterons.... I picked up this nice-quality DVD+press kit today in my thrift store travels, thinking it was a music CD. It's not -- it is actually a lovely Hallmark Movie, "Snow Queen" (2002) with Bridget Fonda. This is the film: Link It comes in the regulation CD-sized two-disk jewelcase with all the full-color art. It is marked "Press Materials Inside" and includes a second disc with lots of extras, intended for publicity, I take it. The discs are kind of pretty, too -- they have a shiny gold sparkly finish on the label side. The whole thing is in very nice condition, discs and case, both. Would anyone like to have this nice family film + extras? I'd be glad to take one credit for it. Please PM me and leave a note here. thank you, ICBERRY

Hi everyone, I'm looking to get several seasons-worth of Friends. All the box sets are available right now, but I'd rather just save someone some postage if someone can send several seasons to me at once. I don't mind ordering them at the going rate, but I really would like to get more than just a single season at once and crossing my fingers they might come by Christmas. Can anyone help me out?
