Twice now I have listed a DVD that someone has on their request list.  For the second time I had to cancel their order after receiving an email from them saying they only want my DVD if it is not a former library copy and is in as new condition wtih no marks anywhere on the discs or case. 

I take good care of my DVDs, but this DVD has a couple small dings on the cover and while the disc is close to as new, it does have a few barely noticable marks.

SwapaDVD doesn't have 'requestor conditions' like paperbackswap does, so there is no way to just skip this requestor so my DVD can be available to other requestors. It is quite frustrating to have an unlistable DVD simply because one guy wants an as new copy of a kid's hamster TV show.

I am unable to post this DVD on the site because the way SwapaDVD is set-up. The one requestor for it wants a pristine, unused copy in a perfect case, but my copy is not. It's perfectly fine, but not as new.  Twice now I have listed my copy, only for the requestor to then message me telling me he only wants it if it's pristine with no marks of any kind on the disc or case.  Twice I have cancelled his request.

My copy is unlistable until the one guy gets his brand new copy of this DVD.  Therefore, I'm offering in the bazaar.

Cost is one credit.

The Penquins Whacked-Out Holiday DVD

This was a specia bonus DVD that came with another movie.  This is just this bonus DVD by itself.

Available for one credit.  It has it's original case and it's own artwork.

 I have Ugly Betty: The complete Second Season available.

There are four discs. Each disc has it's own case and artwork.  Each disc is labeled on the top with the episode numbers on each disc.  I believe these were packaged this way for the rental market. The catalog doesn't have the UPCs unique to each disc.

Available for four credits for all four DVDs.  All 18 episodes of the second season are spread amongs the four discs..

About a month ago a DVD was requested from me.  It was Disney's Cars.  I printed out the label, shipped it out and never got confirmation it was received.  I went to check in my transaction archive and there's no record of the transaction at all.  It's not listed anywhere.  What the heck is going on?  Why is this not showing anywhere on my transaction archive?  And why didn't I get the two credits I was supposed to get for sending it out?

How can this transaction just disappear like it never happened?  I did mail it out to the address I was provided and I marked it as mailed after I sent it  I'm flummoxed as to what happened to it.

I was going to list a DVD today but decided against it when I saw it was mis-listed on the site.  It's listed as just having 1 disc, which is worth 1 credit, but the set has two discs in it and should be worth 2 credits.   Is there a form to contact SwapaDVD to submit this listing for correction?

The item is 883929105960 Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince 2-disc special edition with lenticular case.

Case and artwork are for the movie:  Life As A House.

There's a sticker on front cover.   Case and artwork are in good condition.  Will send out for cost of postage or free with a request from my tower.
