Discussion Forums - Questions about SwapaDVD

Has this 2009 title seemingly disappeared off of your wishlist as well?  It has even, as of this time, been removed from the site database as well after multiple searchs were conducted.  Any ideas?

I had wishlisted the Blu-rays of Minority Report and War of the Worlds, and was #1 on both of them.  Then they both disappeared this morning, and War of the Worlds wasn't in the database anymore.  Minority Report was, and I added it back in, and was like around #6 or #7.  Bummer!!  :(  What's going on with new titles in the database?

And these spontaneous "A" with circumflex glitches are getting really weird!

Up in the Air has disappeared from my WL as well. :( 

Our database provider will occasionally remove titles from the database. We are not told when this will happen or why this happens. Sometimes it is removed temporarily and then returned a few days later. This typically happens with newer releases or DVDs that have not yet been released.

The good news is that we are holding your place in line and your accumulated points for this DVD. When (or if) it is added back to the database, the listing will appear again on your Wish List, but on Hold. You will keep your same position in line, but you will need to check to see when it returns so that you can take it off of Hold. We apologize for the confusion this may cause. Luckily it happens very rarely, but now you will know why a DVD seems to have "disappeared".

P.S. We are aware of the mysterious "A"s problem. We read the discussion forums constantly, so we understand how annoying those suckers are. We'll have them gone as soon as possible!

Avatar, as well as Daybreakers, just disappeared off my list as well just as Up in the Air did close to a month ago though Up in the Air curiously reappeared on my list as the other two vanished.  Wonder what's going on with the system.

I'm glad I checked here before panicking! :) I was wondering where some of my wish list titles had gone, good to know my place in line won't be affected.

Beauty & the Beast Diamond Edition has gone *poof*, too. 

i knew there was something missing, but i couldnt figure out what it was....

And Avatar is back now, yay!
