Some of my items have changed title and/or cover image after the new database transition on October 13. Do these errors need to be reported? If so what is the proper mechanisim? Or will these errors be corrected over tome by an adminisrative process?

Things are slowly being fixed. Its only been like 12 hours so far, so give it more like 72+ hours before submitting issues that do not directly affect current transactions.
