According to the Help Topics, if you check the Hold box for an item on your WL, it does not earn points. Does the same hold true for ALL your WL (or 48-hour items) if you put your shelf on Vacation Hold?

I'm getting ready to move, so I don't want to order anything until I'm settled at my new address, but I hate the idea of losing the points for however long I have my shelf shut down ...

no vacation hold you will still accumulate points for dvds, but anything on 48 hr will bypass you. Make sure if you are moving that nothing is on autorequest because those will go through
