If the receiver marks a transaction as "Damaged by USPS" do they receive their credit back and get their place back in line? Also, if you mark a dvd received without a problem and later discover there is a problem, can you go back in and change your transaction status. |

If you discover a problem later, you can contact the team and let them know so it is on record, but no, you cannot fix the transaction status. If its only been a day they MIGHT fix it for you, otherwise they will just note it and move on. |
