Got a DVD without cover art. How do I report or reject the trade?

When you mark it received, mark it Received With a Problem. You will have opportunity to indicate the problem.

Was it a brand new member? I usually try to contact the member first to see if they have it and will send it. I once accidentally mailed out a case without the DVD. When I found it in my player, I freaked and immediately PMed the person. They were very gracious and I mailed it right away.

It seems the only options are to report the DVD damaged or wrong DVD. There are no options like missing case, UPC or cover art.

Maybe It's the wrong DVD because there's no UPC to confirm that you got the correct DVD.

Then swap will ask you to describe what happened. No artwork no UPC.
