Is everyone receiving messages saying that someone has requested a DVD or that the DVD you sent has been received?  I posted some wishlisted DVDs over the weekend.  They were passed over by the first people on the wish list and offered to the next people on the list 48 hours later.  I just checked my account and see two of them were accepted yesterday.  I never received the emails concerning these DVDs.  (Yes, I've checked my SPAM folder.)  I also see that a DVD that I sent out last week was received, but I didn't get an email about that.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Forgot to add, I also have an account at paperbackswap, but I'm receiving all of my messages from that site.

I have not been getting emails from the club for over a week; the last one was dated May 18.

I have not been getting messages either, from here or at SACD. I contacted the admins, but have received no resonse yet.

I clicked on "Watch this Topic" and didn't get any notices that there were replies.  I hope they fix the messages soon.

Some members seem to be having problems getting responses from the team for their direct queries. I have no idea how big of a staff they have, but I assume it's not a lot. I hope they aren't having serious problems, but given what the world is going through right now it seems like there could be any number of factors involved here.

I have not been receiving emails either.  I assumed when I asked the question,  their response did not go thru. I may check their social media sites for info.

I have not received emails either... missed out on a request from my tower as well as had 2 pm's here, but no email notification about them.  I checked my settings last week and they were fine... I did send a message via 'contact us' this afternoon, but the team may/may not be receiving them.  

Thank you Michael A. for offering to check their social media sites.

6/4/2020:  As of this morning I have received a few email notifications, hopefully everyone else will too and the site team has the glitch straightened out.

I just got a notification that one of my DVDs was received.  Also got an email saying that this message had been updated.  Looks like it might be fixed.

I posted some DVDs and 3 of them were on other members' wish list. None of the members requested it so after 48 hours, all 3 went to the next in line. I'm thinking the original 3 didn't get any emails from SwapaDVD about their Wish List items... Seems strange that 3 people didn't want popular Wish List items.

I received no emails for a requested Blu-ray and for my DVD requests that timed out. For some reason, they are also timing out earlier than the website says.

First time I had heard of it so i checked Club Communications and first, second and final notice are all dated: 12/31/1969 7:00 PM ET.
